Serbia Centroid-Detection Review Candidates (41 pairs)

After the AWS audit cleanup, centroid-based duplicate detection on the rebuilt centroids flagged 41 pairs where the two persons have both centroid distance < 0.40 AND name similarity ≥ 0.50.

These are the residual same-person candidates AWS didn't catch — typically persons with sparse images that AWS skipped, or last-name matches that look like siblings but might be the same person under different press names.

Decisions: Merge → keep A: B's embeddings/photos move to A and B is deleted (irreversible without rollback). Related (don't merge): different people (siblings, look-alikes). Different people: unrelated false-positive.

Decisions live in localStorage (browser only) under a separate key from the main Serbia audit.
